Fasting Follow Up

A few months back in October I started using FASTing as a way to loose weight.  I’ve been dabbling over the years with various different eating styles and nothing was really giving me the solution I was looking for.  So when Miessence came up with the FAST product I was eager to give it a whirl.

During that first FAST I lost 7 lbs.  My energy levels were amazing and the overall sensation of lightness at the end was incredible.  I wrote about that experience here.

Since then I have been FASTing once a month for 2-3 days each month.  I can feel each time that my body is grateful for the space and opportunity to heal itself.  To re balance whatever needs to get unstuck.  Since the beginning of October I am down 2 full % points in terms of body fast and my clothes are fitting me so much better.  I love the way my body is feeling.  I love the fact that my weight continues to decrease with minimal effort of my part.  I love that I can continue to do the things that I love to do.  I don’t need to rest or change my schedule completely on FASTing days.  I love the fact that my body seems to tell me when it’s time to do another FAST.

 

 

 

Have you tried FASTing yet?  Of course you can do it on your own just by stopping eating for a few days – and see how it feels.  That is definitely more challenging that using the FAST product as support.  I love knowing that I don’t have to think about food – or cooking – it’s just a few days of lightness.
